For the Lamb Chops:

• 🥩 8 lamb chops
• 🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 🌿 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
• 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

For the Lobster Mash:

• 🦞 2 lobster tails
• 🥔 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 🧈 1/4 cup butter
• 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

For the Asparagus:

• 🌱 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
• 🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
• 🍋 Lemon wedges (for garnish)
