    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened. Then, add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ„
  3. ๐Ÿง„ Season:
    Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. ๐Ÿง€ Layer the quesadilla:
    Place one tortilla in a baking dish. Add a layer of shredded cheese, then top with the spinach and mushroom mixture. Add another layer of cheese. ๐Ÿง€
