- 🔪 Slice or cube the tofu as desired.
2️⃣ Season the Tofu:
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- 🧊 Toss the tofu in the herb mixture until fully coated.
3️⃣ Bake the Tofu:
- 🍢 Arrange the tofu pieces on the baking sheet.
- ⏲️ Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce:
- 🍳 Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- 🧄 Sauté the garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- 🍋 Add lemon zest, juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another minute.
