π Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally until tender and caramelized (8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.

π In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness. Set aside.

π§ Butter one side of each bread slice. Optionally, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the unbuttered side. Toast the bread in a skillet, buttered side down, over medium heat until golden (2-3 minutes per side).
