๐ฅฉ In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Form into 2 thin patties, pressing slightly in the center for even cooking.
2๏ธโฃ Sautรฉ Mushrooms and Onions:
๐ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions, stirring occasionally until tender and caramelized (8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Cook the Patties:
๐ In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side until they reach your desired doneness. Set aside.
4๏ธโฃ Toast the Bread:
๐ง Butter one side of each bread slice. Optionally, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the unbuttered side. Toast the bread in a skillet, buttered side down, over medium heat until golden (2-3 minutes per side).

๐ Place a slice of Swiss cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
๐ฅฉ Add a beef patty on top, followed by sautรฉed mushrooms and onions.
๐ง Top with another slice of Swiss cheese and close with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.

๐ฅ Place the sandwich back in the skillet. Grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden and the cheese melts.
