Instructions:

- ๐ Rub the marinade over the lamb chops on all sides.

- ๐ Sear the lamb chops in the hot pan for 3โ4 minutes per side until golden brown.

- ๐ Flip the chops and add sliced mushrooms. Cook until the lamb reaches your desired doneness.
- ๐ Add sliced tomatoes and pour in the remaining marinade during the last minute of cooking for extra flavor.
5๏ธโฃ Rest and Serve:
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Transfer the chops to a plate and let them rest for 5โ10 minutes.
- ๐ Garnish with lemon slices, sliced green onion, and a sprinkle of oregano.
