- Preheat your oven to 450ยฐF (230ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Prepare the Marinade ๐ซ
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Season the Lamb ๐
- Pat the lamb racks dry with paper towels. Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the lamb.
