1οΈβ£ Cook the Linguine:
Boil the linguine in salted water until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain well and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Make the Shrimp Scampi:
In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. SautΓ© the garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper, cooking until shrimp turn pink (about 5 minutes). Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Make the Sauce:
Stir in white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice into the skillet. Let it cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
4οΈβ£ Combine the Pasta and Shrimp:
Add the cooked linguine and shrimp back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
5οΈβ£ Cook the Garlic Butter Steak:
Heat a large cast iron pan over high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, brush lightly with oil, and cook to your desired doneness (135Β°F for medium rare, 140Β°F for medium).
6οΈβ£ Finish the Steak:
Mix butter and garlic, then top the cooked steak with the garlic butter. Slice the steak against the grain.
7οΈβ£ Serve:
Divide the linguine and shrimp between two plates. Top with the sliced steak and garnish with additional parsley.
