- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. π₯
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Mix well. πͺπ§
- Press a spoonful of the mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner to form the crust. π₯
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. π§π¬
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. π₯π₯
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until just combined. π¦π₯
- Assemble the Cheesecakes:
