- Marinate the Beef ๐ฅฉ
- In a bowl, combine sliced flank steak, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook the Beef ๐ณ
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef for 4โ5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

- In the same skillet, stir-fry onion and bell peppers for 3โ4 minutes until tender-crisp.
