1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Filet Mignon:
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. ๐ง๐ง
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time as desired. ๐ฅ
- Remove from the skillet and let rest.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. ๐ค
- Remove and set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Make the Lobster Cream Sauce:
- Add the remaining butter to the skillet and sautรฉ lobster meat for 1-2 minutes until opaque. ๐ฆ
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes. ๐ฅ
- Mix in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens. ๐ง
4๏ธโฃ Assemble & Serve:

- Return shrimp to the skillet, coating them in the lobster cream sauce. ๐ค๐ฆ
- Plate each filet mignon and generously spoon the shrimp and lobster cream sauce over the top. ๐ฅฉโจ
