1. Prepare the Steaks:

2. Heat the Skillet:

3. Sear the Steaks:

4. Add Garlic Butter & Herbs:
Reduce the heat to medium π₯ and add butter π§, minced garlic π§, rosemary πΏ, and thyme πΏ to the skillet.
Tilt the pan slightly and spoon the melted butter and herbs over the steaks, basting them continuously for 1-2 minutes β±οΈ.
5. Rest the Steaks:
Remove the steaks π₯© from the skillet and let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes to retain their juices π§.
6. Add Lemon Juice:
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon π over the steaks for a bright, tangy finish π.
7. Serve and Enjoy:
Plate the steaks π₯©, drizzle with the remaining garlic butter from the skillet π§, and serve hot with your favorite sides π½οΈ.
