  1. ๐Ÿณ Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. ๐Ÿง„ Sautรฉ the beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sautรฉ for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. ๐Ÿฅฃ Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, and half of the cooked beef mixture. Stir until combined.
  4. ๐Ÿ… Assemble the dish: Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta-beef filling and place them in the dish.
  5. ๐Ÿง€ Top and bake: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, add the rest of the cooked beef, and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top. Cover the dish with foil.
  6. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. ๐ŸŒฟ Garnish and serve: Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the baked shells and serve hot.
