- 🍳 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 🧄 Sauté the beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 🥣 Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, and half of the cooked beef mixture. Stir until combined.
