- Preheat & Prepare the Chicken:
 Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through. π
- SautΓ© the Mushrooms:
 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic, sautΓ©ing for about 5 minutes until softened. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Let it cool slightly. ππ§
- Prepare the Stuffing:
 In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese, then stir in the sautΓ©ed mushroom mixture. π§π
- Stuff the Chicken:
 Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and mushroom filling. Use toothpicks to secure the opening. ππ§
- Sear the Chicken:
 Heat butter in the skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. π§π
