- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Season both shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to thicken for 4 minutes.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta into the creamy sauce, ensuring itβs fully coated.
- Top with the seared steak and shrimp, garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!
