- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) π₯.
- Cook the lasagna noodles π according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken π with buffalo wing sauce πΆοΈ until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese π§ with garlic powder π§, onion powder π§ , oregano πΏ, salt π§, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture π on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Lay 3 lasagna noodles π over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture π§ on top of the noodles.
- Add a third of the buffalo chicken π mixture, followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese π§.
- Repeat the layering process: noodles, ricotta, chicken, and mozzarella π§.
- Place the final 3 noodles on top, followed by the remaining buffalo chicken π. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and all the Parmesan cheese π§ over the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes β±οΈ.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes β±οΈ, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden π§β¨.
- Let it cool slightly, garnish with chopped green onions π±, and serve hot π½οΈ.
