- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) ๐ฅ.
- Cook the lasagna noodles ๐ according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken ๐ with buffalo wing sauce ๐ถ๏ธ until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese ๐ง with garlic powder ๐ง, onion powder ๐ง , oregano ๐ฟ, salt ๐ง, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture ๐ on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Lay 3 lasagna noodles ๐ over the sauce. Spread half of the ricotta mixture ๐ง on top of the noodles.
- Add a third of the buffalo chicken ๐ mixture, followed by 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese ๐ง.
- Repeat the layering process: noodles, ricotta, chicken, and mozzarella ๐ง.
- Place the final 3 noodles on top, followed by the remaining buffalo chicken ๐. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and all the Parmesan cheese ๐ง over the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes โฑ๏ธ.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes โฑ๏ธ, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden ๐งโจ.
