Sprinkle flour over the onions, stirring to coat evenly. Gradually pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the mixture thickens into a smooth gravy.

Return the hamburger steaks to the skillet, spoon the onion gravy over them, and simmer for 5 minutes to blend the flavors. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
