- Cook the fettuccine pasta π according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Season the thinly sliced chicken breasts π with Cajun seasoning πΆοΈ, salt π§, and black pepper πΆοΈ.
- Heat olive oil π« in a large skillet over medium heat π₯. Cook the seasoned chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sautΓ© minced garlic π§ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice π and heavy cream π₯, stirring well to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese π§ until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta π into the skillet, ensuring it’s fully coated in the sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken π and place it on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley πΏ for a vibrant finish.
