📖 Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

• Boil the cubed potatoes in water until fork-tender (15-20 mins). Drain thoroughly. 🥔
• Mash the potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mix in sour cream or cream cheese for extra creaminess. Keep warm. 🍶🧈

2️⃣ Cook the Steak Bites:

• Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. 🧂
• Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes per side (adjust for desired doneness). 🔥
• Add minced garlic and butter, stirring to coat the steak. Cook for another minute until fragrant and coated. 🧄🧈

3️⃣ Serve:

• Plate mashed potatoes and top with steak bites. 🍽️
• Drizzle remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the dish. 🍯
