🥩 For the Steak & Shrimp:

• 1.5 lbs ribeye steak 🥩
• 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined) 🍤
• 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
• 1.5 tsp kosher salt 🧂
• ½ tsp black pepper 🌶️
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika 🌶️

🧄 For the Aromatics & Sauce:

• 1 medium onion, diced 🧅
• 6 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
• 8 oz fresh spinach, chopped 🌿
• 1 medium lemon (zested & juiced) 🍋
• ½ cup broth (beef, chicken, seafood, or vegetable) 🥣
• 1 cup heavy cream 🥛
• 4 oz freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• Fresh parsley & extra Parmesan for garnish 🌿🧀
