- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the cooking time for your preferred doneness. Set aside to rest.

- In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter and add the shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side, then remove and set aside. π€
