- π₯£ Prepare the rice mixture: In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and instant rice. Stir until smooth.
- π Assemble: Pour the rice mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- π Add chicken: Place the chicken pieces, skin-side up, on top of the rice mixture. Ensure they are spaced out for even cooking.
- π§ Season: Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over the entire dish for extra flavor.
- π Bake uncovered for 1 to 1Β½ hours. Ensure the chickenβs internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C). The rice should absorb all the liquid, and the chicken skin should be golden and crispy.
