• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping) 🧀
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• 1 egg 🥚
• 2 cups marinara sauce 🍅
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
• 1/4 tsp black pepper 🧂
• Salt to taste 🧂
• 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
