๐ Instructions:
- ๐ Prepare the Meatballs:
 In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined. Shape the mixture into 1-2 inch meatballs.
- ๐ณ Cook the Meatballs:
 Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs, turning them occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.
- ๐ง Prepare the Cheese Sauce:
 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Assemble:
 Place the cooked meatballs on a serving dish. Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the meatballs, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
