- Prepare and Cook the Chicken π
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes and coat evenly with the marinade.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken cubes for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
 
- Make the Creamy Sauce π₯
- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
 
- Assemble the Wrap π―
- Lay the flour tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Add the grilled chicken cubes, grilled pineapple chunks, and a drizzle of the creamy sauce.
- Roll the tortilla into a tight cylinder.

- Place the wrap on a hot grill pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden and the cheese has melted.

- Stand the wrap vertically to create the tower shape.
