• 2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 🌾
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 🥛
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional) 🌰
• Salt and pepper to taste 🧂🌶️

🌟 For the Crostini:

• 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds 🥖
• 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
