📝 Ingredients (Serves 4):

• 🍝 400 g pasta (penne, tagliatelle, or fettuccine)
• 🐔 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin scallops
• 🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 🧄 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 🐓 200 ml chicken broth
• 🥛 300 ml heavy cream
• 🧀 80 g grated Parmesan
• 🍅 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 🌶️ 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
• 🌿 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 🌱 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
• 🍅 A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
• 🌿 Fresh basil for garnish
