Instructions:

1. Prepare the Yeast:
   • In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture becomes frothy 🧑‍🍳.
2. Make the Dough:
   • In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms 🌾.
   • Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic 💪.
3. Let the Dough Rise:
   • Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size ⏳.
4. Preheat the Oven:
   • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) 🔥.
5. Shape and Bake:
   • Punch the dough down and roll it out into a rectangle, about ½ inch thick 🍞.
   • Cut the dough into strips (about 12-15 depending on your preferred size) and place them on a greased baking sheet 🍽️.
   • Brush the tops of the dough sticks with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese 🧀.
6. Bake:
   • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy 🌟.
