Crust:

• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 🍂
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar 🍬
• 2 tablespoons milk 🥛
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍨
• 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips 🍫

Ice Cream Layers:

• 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened 🍦
• 1.5 quarts chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, softened 🍪🍨

Ganache:

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 🧴
