• ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped 🌶️
• ½ cup yellow onion, chopped 🧅
• 1 cup heavy cream 🥛
• ½ cup chicken broth 🍗
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• ½ tsp paprika 🌶️
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra spice) 🌶️
