  1. Prepare the Steaks:
    Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness is reached. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
  2. Cook the Shrimp:
    In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the shrimp. Sprinkle with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
    Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    Reduce heat to medium and add the garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.
  4. Combine and Serve:
    Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
    Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
