Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Beef π₯©
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add Vegetables πΆοΈπ§ : Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Make the Sauce π²
- Deglaze Pan: Pour beef broth into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer.
- Add Cream and Cheese π§: Stir in heavy cream and shredded provolone cheese. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Cook the Tortellini π
- In a separate pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 4: Combine and Serve π½οΈ
- Add Tortellini π§: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Gently toss to coat the tortellini evenly.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley πΏ before serving.
