- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, drain and let them cool slightly.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, adding salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with ricotta cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella. Stir well until blended.
- Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture, then arrange them in a greased baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, covering them completely.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Allow the dish to rest briefly, then garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
