  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Boil the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, adding salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with ricotta cheese and half of the shredded mozzarella. Stir well until blended.
  5. Carefully stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture, then arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, covering them completely.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Allow the dish to rest briefly, then garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
