  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by combining the shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the chopped parsley in a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Fill each pocket generously with the cheesy garlic mixture, pressing it in firmly to avoid spillage during cooking.
