• 1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
• 1 tsp dried basil 🌿
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
• ½ cup heavy cream 🥛
• 2 tbsp butter 🧈
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
