Directions:
1️⃣ Sear the Steaks:
Heat a skillet over high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Sear each side for about 4-5 minutes to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:
Melt 2 tbsp butter in the same skillet. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Sauce:
In the skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan until the sauce is creamy.
4️⃣ Combine Steak & Shrimp:
Return the steaks and shrimp to the skillet, coating them in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. Let everything heat for 2 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley 🌿.
