1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Oven & Noodles ๐ฅ
โก๏ธ Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 22 x 30 cm baking dish.
โก๏ธ Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Make the White Sauce ๐ฅ
โก๏ธ Melt butter ๐ง in a saucepan over medium heat.
โก๏ธ Add garlic ๐ง and sautรฉ for 1 minute until fragrant.
โก๏ธ Stir in flour ๐พ and cook for another minute, until slightly browned.
โก๏ธ Gradually whisk in milk ๐ฅ, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
โก๏ธ Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
โก๏ธ Stir in basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare the Chicken Mixture ๐
โก๏ธ In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach, and 1 cup of mozzarella.
4๏ธโฃ Assemble the Lasagna ๐
โก๏ธ Spread a thin layer of white sauce at the bottom of the dish.
โก๏ธ Add a layer of lasagna noodles.
โก๏ธ Spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture, followed by a layer of white sauce.
โก๏ธ Repeat twice, ending with noodles + remaining white sauce.
โก๏ธ Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
5๏ธโฃ Bake Until Golden Brown ๐
โก๏ธ Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
โก๏ธ Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly & golden.
โก๏ธ Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
