👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Oven & Noodles 🔥
➡️ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 22 x 30 cm baking dish.
➡️ Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the White Sauce 🥛
➡️ Melt butter 🧈 in a saucepan over medium heat.
➡️ Add garlic 🧄 and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
➡️ Stir in flour 🌾 and cook for another minute, until slightly browned.
➡️ Gradually whisk in milk 🥛, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
➡️ Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
➡️ Stir in basil, oregano, salt, and pepper, then remove from heat.
3️⃣ Prepare the Chicken Mixture 🍗
➡️ In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, spinach, and 1 cup of mozzarella.
4️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna 🍝
➡️ Spread a thin layer of white sauce at the bottom of the dish.
➡️ Add a layer of lasagna noodles.
➡️ Spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture, followed by a layer of white sauce.
➡️ Repeat twice, ending with noodles + remaining white sauce.
➡️ Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
5️⃣ Bake Until Golden Brown 🏆
➡️ Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
➡️ Remove foil and bake another 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly & golden.
➡️ Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley & serve! 😋
