Instructions:

🔹 Make the Crust:

1. 🧈 Mix chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs with melted butter.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
3. Place in the freezer ❄️ for 10 minutes.

🔹 Prepare the Cookie Dough:

1. 🍯 Beat the softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
2. Add milk 🥛 and vanilla 🌿; mix well.
3. Gradually add flour, stirring until smooth, then fold in mini chocolate chips 🍫.

🔹 Layer the Ice Cream & Dough:

1. 🍦 Spread half the vanilla ice cream over the crust.
2. Add half the cookie dough in chunks 🍪. Freeze for 1 hour ❄️.
3. Add a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream 🍦, then scatter the remaining cookie dough on top 🍪. Freeze for another hour ❄️.
4. Spread the remaining vanilla ice cream on top 🍦. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until firm ❄️.

🔹 Make the Ganache:

1. 🥛 Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to simmer.
2. Pour it over the chocolate chips 🍫 and let sit for 2 minutes.
3. Stir until smooth and glossy.

🔹 Final Touch:

1. Carefully remove the cake from the springform pan.
2. Pour the ganache over the top 🍫 and freeze for 30 minutes ❄️ before serving.
