For the filet mignon:

  • 4 filet mignons (about 200g each) 🥩
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined 🦐
  • 2 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

For the lobster sauce:

  • 100g lobster meat (fresh or frozen) 🦞
  • 200ml heavy cream 🧴
  • 1 shallot, minced 🧅
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 50ml white wine 🍷
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional) 🍅
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) 🌿
