Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Cook the Bacon and Ground Beef π³
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
- Add the diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion softens.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and mix. Set aside.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Rollups π½οΈ
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.
- Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar cheese and beef-bacon mixture on each rectangle.
- Roll up each dough rectangle and pinch the edges to seal them.
3οΈβ£ Bake the Rollups π
- Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
4οΈβ£ Garlic Butter Glaze π§π§
- While the rollups are baking, melt the unsalted butter and stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic butter glaze generously over the warm rollups right after they come out of the oven.

- Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley for a burst of color.
