1️⃣ Prepare the Fries:

  • Rinse the cut potatoes in cold water ❄️ to remove excess starch, then pat them dry with a clean towel.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 300°F (150°C) 🔥. Fry the potatoes in batches for 3-4 minutes until they soften but do not brown.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels 🧻.

2️⃣ Grill the Steak:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat 🔥.
