- Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss the beef cubes in the marinade, ensuring theyβre well coated. Cover and let marinate for 1-4 hours.
- Prepare the Potato Wedges: Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
