Ingredients (Serves 6)
- 1 roll of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
- 400 g fresh mushrooms (button mushrooms or a forest mix), cleaned and sliced
- 150 g grated cheese (Gruyère, Emmental, or Comté)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 ml milk
- 3 eggs π₯
- 1 onion, finely chopped π§
- 2 cloves garlic, minced π§
- 1 tbsp butter π§
- 1 tsp fresh or dried thyme πΏ
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
