- Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, rice, chopped onion, egg, milk/water, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic (if using), oregano/Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed. ππ₯©π§ π₯
- Form the Meatballs: Shape the mixture into small to medium-sized meatballs. π‘
- Make the Sauce: In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. π§π§ π³
