- Cook the Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet with minced garlic, black pepper, and Sazon perfecta seasoning.
- Prepare the Pasta: While the meat cooks, heat oil in a deep skillet and brown the pasta shells, similar to how youโd brown rice for a Roni dish.
- Combine Ingredients: Drain the grease from the cooked ground beef, then add it to the browned pasta shells. Add 4 cups of water, 2 tbsp chicken bouillon, 3 diced serrano chiles, 4 tbsp tomato bouillon, half of a chopped onion, a can of Rotel tomatoes, cilantro, 2 packets of red Sazon, a bay leaf, and garlic and onion powder to taste.
- Simmer: Stir well, cover, and cook on medium-high heat until the pasta shells are al dente.
- Serve: Serve hot and enjoy this flavorful dish!
