Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Marinate the Steak:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flank steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce (if using), dry sherry (if using), black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss everything together to coat the steak evenly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2οΈβ£ Cook the Steak:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the steak is browned and cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
3οΈβ£ Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and lightly browned.
4οΈβ£ Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles for a perfect meal!
