- In a bowl, mix shrimp with garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper π§πΆοΈ.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat π«π₯. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque π€.
- If not done already, prepare your rice π.
- Assemble the bowl: Add a scoop of rice at the bottom π.
