- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). For the lobster tails, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat, then place the tails on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the meat turns opaque and tender.
- For the steaks, pat them dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add the smashed garlic and butter in the final minute, basting the steaks with the melted butter. Remove from the skillet, cover, and let rest.
