Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Sear the Steak:
Season the steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat ๐ฅ.
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or to your preferred doneness.
Remove from skillet and let it rest ๐ฅฉโจ.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt the butter ๐ง.
Add the shrimp ๐ค and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Sautรฉ the Aromatics:
Add the diced onion ๐ง
and minced garlic ๐ง to the skillet.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened and fragrant.
4๏ธโฃ Prepare the Cream Sauce:
Pour in the broth ๐ฅฃ, lemon zest, and juice ๐.
Stir in the heavy cream ๐ฅ and grated Parmesan ๐ง.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Toss in the spinach ๐ฟ and cook until wilted.
5๏ธโฃ Combine & Serve:
Return the seared steak ๐ฅฉ and cooked shrimp ๐ค to the skillet.
Coat everything well in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce ๐ง๐ง.
Garnish with fresh parsley ๐ฟ and extra Parmesan cheese ๐ง.
