  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂🌶️
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 🍋 (for shrimp)
• For the Mushroom Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter 🧈
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
  • 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced 🍄 (e.g., cremini or button)
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped 🧅
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 cup heavy cream 🥛
  • 1/2 cup beef broth 🥣
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂🌶️
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional) 🌿
