Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef 🥩
• 1/2 lb ground pork (optional or replace with more beef) 🐖
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs 🍞
• 1/4 cup milk 🥛
• 1/4 cup ketchup 🍅
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard 🌭
• 1 large egg 🥚
• 1/2 medium onion, finely diced 🧅
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
• 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
• 1/4 tsp black pepper 🌶️
• 6-8 strips of partially cooked bacon 🥓
• Extra ketchup and mustard for topping (optional) 🍅🍯
